Running is brilliant. It does wonders for your body, your mind and your confidence. What do I wear them for: Easy runs, steady runs, tempo runs, long runs
What I like about them: If you want an all in 1 shoe, I would highly recommend these. Affordable, versatile, sexy and a really fun shoe to wear.
2️⃣ Adizero Boston 13 | Price: £139.99
What do I wear them for: Speed work, track work
What I like about them: They are a bit firmer than EVO SL so great for speed work. They’re a perfect shoe for any sort of hard workouts.
3️⃣ Adizero Adios Pro 4 | Price: £219.99
What do I wear them for: RACING
What I like about them: Extremely light, extremely responsive. I could wear these for all race distances from 5km upto the marathon. If you want to spend some cash to run a PB, these are for you.

LOOKING FOR AN ALL-ROUNDER? THE ADIDAS ADIZERO EVO SLs HAVE YOU COVERED
Kicking things off with an instant classic, the Adizero Evo SLs are a go-to if you take on a variety of runs. Designed for speed and comfort no matter the distance, they’re as perfect for 5ks as they are for grinding away at a marathon.
“Such a versatile shoe.” Tommy says, donning the iconic runners. “If you’re someone that wants an all-rounder, I’d go for these. They’re light, responsive and extremely comfortable.”

Next up is Tommy’s top pick for speed and track work – the adidas Adizero Boston 13s.
In his words, “They’re a very stable shoe. A bit firmer than the EVO SLs, so are great for speed work.” A lot of the underfoot solidity comes from the LIGHT TRAXION outsoles, perfected in the lab to maintain your form no matter the pace. Despite the solidity underfoot, Tommy’s quick to stress that there’s no danger of your energy going to waist.
“They still have a good amount of energy return thanks to the signature adidas ENERGYRODS.”

It’s safe to say that Tommy is a fan of the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4s.
“These are some of the fastest shoes on the market. I could wear these for all race distances, from 5km up to the marathon.”
It’s difficult deciding where to start when discussing what makes them so incredible, so we’ll go from the ground up: Continental rubber and signature adidas LIGHT TRAXION outsoles maintain your form and keep you stable as you run, whatever surface you’re on.
